Is it possible to have only the custom (Campaign-Specific) scoring active for my campaign?

Yes, you can have only the custom scoring active by disabling default scoring for the campaign.
  1. In the campaign creation process, proceed to the review step.
  2. Navigate to the section Subscriber Scoring.
  3. Turn off the toggle switch under default scoring to disable it for this campaign.
