Participants can join meetings using joining links or meeting keys shared by the presenter via email or messaging apps. They can join meetings from web browsers (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox), the Zoho Meeting Desktop app, or mobile devices using the Zoho Meeting iOS and Android apps. Hardware requirements include microphone and speakers for audio (or a headset with microphone) and a web camera for video. A good internet connection and compliance with our system requirements is required for smooth communication.

How to join an online meeting and use the live meeting window
How-to steps
Click the joining link of the meeting that you may have received via email, chat or SMS. If you have a meeting key, go to meet.zoho.com or open the Zoho Meeting Desktop app.
Enter your name and key, then click Join meeting.
Select your audio option:
Phone call: If you're using Zoho Audio, enter the dial-in number followed by conference code and pin. You can also use toll-free numbers if your presenter has made it available for you. If you're using a different phone conferencing system, use the details shared by the meeting host to dial in to the meeting.
Computer audio: Select your audio and video devices and click Join now.
