Lead Sources summary

With Lead sources summary you can view the lead channels/sources and manage them. Leads are generated from multiple sources. The Lead sources summary helps you to view it all in one place and manage them as per you needs.

Lead sources are grouped as a Lead channel. For instance, if Social is your lead channel, you can group Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter as its lead sources.

In this guide, you can learn how to manage lead channels

  1. From the Navigation Toolbar, click Lead Generation and choose Lead sources.
  2. Select Summary sub tab and click Manage lead channels.

Adding a lead channel

  1. Click Add lead channel.

  2. Name the channel and add lead sources to it in the pop-up that appears.

Adding a lead source

  1. After you add a lead channel, click Add source.
  2. Name your source and click Add.
  1. You cannot delete a lead channel if leads are associated to it.
  2. You cannot delete the standard lead sources
