List View

List View

List View displays your customer appointments in a List layout. Navigate to the required day, week, or month, to find appointments grouped based on the appointment date. Various columns are present to display additional information about the bookings such as the booking ID, service name, customer name, payment details, and so on.

List view can be viewed in: 
  1. Day view
  2. Week view
  3. Month view

Day View

  1. The Day view displays all appointments that fall on the selected date, and are grouped based on the appointment time.


  2. Navigate to the required date using the arrows.


  3. Statistics, such as the total number of appointments for that day, the estimated revenue from those appointments, the amount paid, and the amount due, are listed at the top.


  4. Appointments can be filtered based on various columns, such as service, staff, status, and so on. Additionally, you can use the search icon to search for a particular appointment.

  5. New appointments can be created for the selected date by clicking the + icon. For example, when customers call or send an email requesting an appointment, you can create appointments on the customer's behalf.


  6. Click on the appointment to view more details.

  1. This will take you to the Appointments Summary page. Depending on whether the customer arrives to the appointment, appointments can be marked as Completed or No Show. For upcoming appointments, you will have Reschedule and Cancel as the options.


  2. Print the Appointment Summary page using the print icon. Navigate to the Bookings Summary page using the share icon.

Week View

  1. The Week view displays all appointments that fall in the selected week, which are grouped based on the appointment date.


  2. Navigate to the required week using the arrows.


  3. Statistics, such as the total number of appointments for that day, the estimated revenue from those appointments, the amount paid, and the amount that is due, are listed on the top.


  4. The appointments can be filtered based on various columns, such as service, staff, status, and so on. Additionally, you can user the search icon to search for a particular appointment.


  5. New appointments can be created for the selected date by clicking the + icon. For example, when customers call or send an email requesting for appointment, you can create appointments on the customer's behalf.
