How do I configure an account with MailChimp?
- Click Email Campaigns on the left pane of the Launch tab.
- Click Start.
- Click Authenticate MailChimp on the Zoho Survey+MailChimp page.
- Log on with your MailChimp credentials or create a new MailChimp account. The lists you've created in the MailChimp account will be displayed.
- Click the list you want to use from the Recipients section.
- Click Next. If you want to sign in as a different user, click Sign in as a different user and follow the sign-in process.
- Complete the Setup section.
- Click Edit in the Design section to design your email template. Drag and drop the widgets to add a heading, paragraph, or table.
- Click Save.
- Click Submit. You'll be prompted to log on to your MailChimp account.
How do I send an email campaign through MailChimp?
- Log in to your MailChimp account.
- Select the campaign you want to send.
- Click Edit to open the email and review the content.
- Click Save.
- Click Next.
- Choose a Send option:
- Schedule: Select a delivery date and time, then click Schedule Campaign.
- Send: Click Send Now in the pop-up that appears.
