Manage Resources

The Manage Business icon in the top menu bar is your go-to for managing all of your booking preferences. This page discusses resources.

To view a list of all your resources,
  1. Click Manage Business in the top panel of Zoho Bookings. Note that the General tab is selected by default.
  2. Click Resources.

To add resources,
  1. Click Resources. (Manage Business > Resources)
  2. Click the Add icon  in the top-right corner to add resources.
Note: Every business resource should be associated with a service. Once you create a resource, you will have to create a corresponding service and assign the resource to it. Learn more about creating a service and assigning a resource.

To modify information from existing resources:
  1. Click on a resource.
  2. Customize any of the following:
  3. Resource information
  4. Availability - By default, the resource will be assigned the same availability as the working hours of the business. You can customize this as well.
  5. Additional Availability - Use if a resource is available outside of the usual times.
  6. Unavailability - Use when you don't want customers to book this resource.
