Manage Services

Update: Accounts created on or after 17th January 2020 come with industry specific default labels for "staff" and "services". The ability to customize the labels is kept intact. 

The Manage Business icon in the top menu bar is your go-to for managing all of your booking preferences. This page discusses Services.

To view all your services,
  1. Click Manage Business in the top menu bar. Note that the General tab is selected by default.
  2. Click Services
To create a service,
  1. Click Services. (Manage Business > Services)
  2. Click the Add icon  on the top-right corner to create a new service.

There are three types of services:
  • One on One - regular appointment scheduling
  • Resource Booking - useful for renting out physical assets like meeting rooms. This will prompt you to assign a resource you've already created. Learn more about resources.
  • Group Booking - ideal for businesses that offer training and tutoring services. Learn more about group booking.

Note: When creating a service, if you have enabled the Zoho Meeting integration, you will also have an option to create a corresponding online meeting every time someone books this service. Learn more about enabling Zoho Meeting.

To modify existing services,
  1. Click Services. (Manage Business > Services)
  2. Click on a service. In this screen you can verify information about the service as well as see the staff that have been assigned to it.
  3. Click the Edit button in the Service Information tab to customize the following:
  • Service Information
    • Workspace
    • Name
    • Type of service - one-on-one time, group booking, or resource booking
    • Reference color - This will show up in the calendar when someone schedules an appointment for this service.
    • Duration
    • Price
    • Break time for staff - The time between one appointment and another. For example, the break or clean up time for staff before they are able to take on another appointment.
    • Staff assigned for this service. Learn more about adding staff members and assigning services.
    • Service status - If set to private, only staff will be able to add appointments for this service.



  • Staff Assigned - This screen shows you a list of staff assigned for to service. You can either assign or remove staff from here as well.
  • Service Booking URL - Each service has its own booking page. This screen lets you customize its URL.
  • Embed As Widget - Use the code in this screen to embed the service booking page in your website.
