Manage Workspaces

The Manage Business icon in the top menu bar is your go-to option for managing all of your booking preferences. This page covers workspace preferences.

Your first workspace will be created by default. A workspace can be the location of your business or a department within your business. The information you added while setting up your business will apply.

To create a workspace,
  1. Click Manage Business in the top menu bar. Note that the General tab is selected by default.
  2. Click Workspaces.
  3. Click on the Add icon  in the top-right corner to create a new workspace.

To set up booking policies,

  • Let Customers Select Staff - Allows customers to select an available staff of their choice.  The option "Include 'auto-assign staff' in the staff list" displays "Auto-assign staff" in the drop-down when customers make a booking. When this option is selected, the system automatically assigns an available staff. This is ideal when you have first-time customers who are not familliar with your staff.
  • Scheduling interval - The interval between two available slots. For example, if you set 15 minutes here, your booking page will display slots as 9:00, 9:15, 9:30, and so on.
  • Invoice preferences
  • Scheduling Window
  • Pre-Booking - Choose how far in advance you want to allow appointments. For example, you can set to open bookings 5 days before a specific slot.
  • Last-minute Booking - Choose when you want to close appointments. For example, in the case of a 3pm slot, you can close bookings at 1pm. This means you'll set the time as 2 hours here.
  • Terms and Conditions - Use to let customers agree to your policies before making a booking. You can customize the message.
  • Cancellations & Reschedules - If enabled, you can define your cancellation policy here. For example, you can set how many days or hours before an appointment a customer can cancel or reschedule.
