Managing autoresponders

How do I clone an autoresponder?

  1. From the Navigation toolbar select Engagement and choose Autoresponders . A page will appear, displaying all your autoresponders.
  2. Mouse over the autoresponder you wish to clone. 
  3. Click the Clone icon in the far-right corner.

You can also clone the autoresponder by clicking the  Clone icon in the  Autoresponder details  page.

How do I disable an autoresponder?

  1. From the Navigation toolbar select Engagement tab and choose Autoresponders . A page will appear, displaying all your autoresponders.
  2. Click on the autoresponder you want to disable. 
  3. Click  Disable in the top right corner.

How do I delete an autoresponder?

  1. From the Navigation toolbar select Engagement and choose Autoresponders . A page will appear, displaying all your autoresponders.
  2. Mouse over the autoresponder you want to delete. 
  3. Click the  Delete icon in the right corner.

You can also delete the autoresponder by clicking the Delete icon in the  Autoresponder details  page.

How do I enable a disabled autoresponder?

  1. From the Navigation toolbar select Engagement tab and choose Autoresponders . A page will appear, displaying all your autoresponders.
  2. Click on the autoresponder you want to enable. 
  3. Click  Enable in the top right corner.

How do I group my autoresponders?

To manage your autoresponders more easily, group them into folders, by navigating to the autoresponder list view page. Once there, either add autoresponders to your folder or create new autoresponders inside a folder.

Autoresponder statuses

  1. Active:  When the autoresponder is activated and running.
  2. Draft:  When you save your autoresponder as draft.
  3. Paused:  When you manually pause an active autoresponder.
  4. Stopped: When the source mailing list or segment has been deleted.

Autoresponder message statuses

  1. Running:  When the message has started.
  2. Paused:  When you manually pause a running message.
  3. Stopped
    A message can be stopped for the following reasons:
    • When the merge tag used in the message subject line has been deleted.
    • When the video tag used in the message content has been deleted.
    • When the message's sender address has been deleted.
