Managing your Paid Plan

A social media management tool is an investment, and we understand that you want to ensure you're making the right choice for your business. This is why we invite you to try Zoho Social for free with our 15-day free trial. This allows you to check out all our exclusive features before you decide to purchase an edition of your choice.

In case you don't choose to purchase a subscription by the end of the trial period, your subscription will be set to our Free Plan which provides a limited set of features.  To continue using all the features on Zoho Social, you can consider upgrading to one of our paid plans. Our subscription plans offer a wide range of additional features such as, publishing, monitoring, team collaboration, reports, and brand customization.

Overview

Standard plan

The Standard Plan is ideal for marketers just starting out.

On this plan,
- Publish and schedule posts on a date and time of your choice, set posts to be repeated on a weekly or monthly basis, know the best times to post based on engagement, and Pause/Resume your scheduled posts.
- Enable Bit.ly integration and access our default URL shortener, as well. To analyze your brand's reach and performance, you can view stats on published posts and access summarized reports for each channel.
- Use our Collaboration feature to work better with your team, and Monitor keywords, mentions, and hashtags on social media. With the zShare Browser Extension, you can customize publishing for each channel.
- You can manage one 
Brand and connect 7 social channels, that is, Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Twitter Profile, Instagram Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, LinkedIn Profile, Google My Business lisitng. You can also invite two Team Members to your Brand.

Professional plan

The Professional plan is for teams that require advanced publishing and reporting features.

- In addition to the features available on the Standard plan, you can use the Publishing Calendar, CustomQ, Custom Audience Targeting, Bulk Scheduler, Advanced Reports and Analytics, and Facebook Lead Ads integration.
- Manage one Brand and connect 7 social channels, that is, Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Twitter Profile, Instagram Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, LinkedIn Profile, Google My Business listing. You can also invite two Team Members to your Brand.

Agency plan 

With the Agency plans, you can work with your team to manage social media presence for multiple clients, with advanced scheduling, monitoring, and reporting features.

- Add 10 Brands (60 Channels), 5 Team Members, and you can create up to 25 Custom Reports per Brand. Also, you can invite your clients for free to the Brands that you manage.
- Under one Brand, you can manage 7 social channels, that is, Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Twitter Profile, Instagram Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, LinkedIn Profile, Google My Business listing.

Agency Plus plan

With the Agency Plus plan you add 20 Brands (120 Channels), 5 Team Members, and you can create up to 25 Custom Reports per Brand.

- Also, you can invite your clients for free to the Brands that you manage.
- Under one Brand, you can manage 6 social channels, that is, Facebook Page, Twitter Profile, Instagram Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, LinkedIn Profile, Google My Business listing.

Brand and Team Member Add-ons:

A maximum of 2 Brands can be purchased as add-ons on the Standard Plan, with no limit on the Team Members you can add. However, there's no limit on the number of Team Members and Brands you can add on the Professional plan.

On the Agency Plans, you can purchase an add-on package (of 5 additional Brands and/or Team Members). You can purchase unlimited Brand and/or Team Members (5 add-ons per package) that you can add to your paid subscription on the Agency and Agency plus plan.

Upgrading to a paid plan


Follow these steps to upgrade to a paid plan on Zoho Social:

1. Click on Settings at the top right corner of your Home screen

2. Click Manage Subscription.


3. Select Monthly or Yearly billing by switching the toggle above the listed plans.

4. You can choose from the following plans: Standard, Professional, Agency, and Agency Plus. To get a detailed understanding of the features available on these plans, please refer to the table above or head over to our plan comparison page.



5. Click Upgrade below the paid plan you have selected.

6. You can choose to buy additional Brands and Team Members as add-ons to the plan you've selected. Enter the value and click Proceed


Each Brand you add will have access to sevensocial channels, that is, Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Twitter Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, LinkedIn Profile, Google My Business listing, and Instagram Profile. If you don't want specify add-ons right now, you can leave the boxes blank.

7. Review your order and add your billing details.



8. Choose whether you want to pay with a credit card or Paypal. 



9. Enter your billing details, then click PROCEED TO PAY.

All subscriptions will be automatically renewed from your selected payment method on a recurring basis and we'll send you a receipt each time. We do not store your card details. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. If the subscription is canceled, refunds and termination of access will follow the Terms of Service. Prices are in US Dollars and subject to change. Managing your Paid Plan and Purchasing Add-ons


Once you've purchased a paid subscription, you can manage your subscription details by following these steps:

1. Click Settings in the top right corner of the window.
2. Select Manage Subscription.
3. Here, you'll be able to view your payment information such as, your Subscription details and Recurring Details. You can also purchase Brand and Team Member add-ons, or choose to change your current subscription plan.

4. Purchasing Add-ons: To purchase Brand and Team Member add-ons to your current subscription plan, follow these steps:
  1. Click Upgrade Add-ons. Specify the number of Team Members or Brands you want to purchase, and click Continue.
  2. The Brands or Team Members you have purchased will be automatically added to your account, once your payment is processed.
A maximum of 2 Brands can be purchased as add-ons on the Standard Plan, with no limit on the Team Members you can add. However, there's no limit on the number of Team Members and Brands you can add on the Professional plan. On the Agency Plans, you can purchase an add-on package (of 5 additional Brands and/or Team Members). You can purchase unlimited Brand and/or Team Members (5 add-ons per package) that you can add to your paid subscription on the Agency and Agency Plus plan.

Changing your Subscription plan


You can easily manage your subscription and downgrade any time you'd like. However, keep in mind that downgrading will restrict your access to many of Zoho Social's Standard, Professional, or Agency features. If you decide to switch back to a paid plan later, you will regain your access to all the data that you had previously created using restricted features (e.g., lists or reports you created when you had a paid plan).

Follow these steps to change your current subscription or move to the free plan:
1. Click Settings in the top right corner of the window.
2. Select Manage Subscription.
3. Click Change Plan.
4. Select your new plan by clicking the Downgrade button and proceed to downgrade immediately.
5. Please ensure to deselect 'Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle' to downgrade immediately.
In case your credit card expires, you will be automatically downgraded to the free plan. However, we will send you five email reminders during the fifteen days before the downgrade happens, so you'll have enough time to update your information and continue with your subscription.
