Managing your Subscriptions

Managing your Subscriptions

For some small businesses, the free version of Zoho Campaigns has all the features they require, such as creating and sending email campaigns and viewing reports. However, when your business starts to expand, upgrading your account to a paid plan brings many benefits and advanced features, such as automated email series and lead discovery.

This guide will introduce you to our subscription structure and help you review your subscription preferences.

Depending on your requirements, you can choose either a monthly or yearly subscription, and a subscriber- or email-based plan. There is also a pay-as-you-go plan for users who use Zoho Campaigns for two or three months in a year.

Subscriber-based plan: This plan is based on the number of contacts in your account. Purchase the plan for a specific number of contacts and then send those contacts unlimited emails, set autoresponders, and use workflows.

Email-based plan: This plan is based on the number of emails you can send. You can have half as many contacts as the number of emails you purchase.
Visit our pricing page to learn more about the various plans.

Pay-as-you-go: This plan is based on email credits. Purchase email credits, which will determine how many emails you can send. You can add as many contacts as you like.
Visit our pricing page to learn more about the various plans.
Note: To get a clear idea of features available in different plans, view our comparison page.

What is the difference between the subscriber-based plan and the email-based plan?
  1. With the subscriber-based plan, you can send unlimited emails to the contacts you have purchased.
  2. With the email-based plan, purchase a number of emails and you can add half that number of contacts.
Both plans can be based on monthly or annual subscription.

What is the difference between the pay-as-you-go plan and the email-based plan?
  1. The pay-as-you-go plan allows unlimited contacts, while the email-based plan only allows half as many contacts as the number of emails purchased.
  2. The email-based plan is on a recurring payment cycle, meaning that the payment is taken automatically each cycle. The pay-as-you-go plan is not on a recurring cycle.
