Managing your subscriptions

Managing your subscriptions

Zoho MarketingHub has two plans: Standard and Premium. We provide our users with an initial 15-day trial period during which they can use and explore all product features without any feature restrictions.
After the trial period, you can choose the Standard or Premium plan according to your marketing requirements. This help guide provides details about the plans available, how to switch between different plans, payment details, and the add-ons that are available.
  1. Standard plan: This plan is suitable for small businesses with between 1,000 and 100,000 leads per month. You can use features like automation emails, basic website activity (without pop-ups), basic marketing planner without ROI, and basic customer journey builder (without advanced components).
  2. Premium plan: This plan is suitable for large businesses with 100,000+ leads per month. You'll get all the features of the Standard plan and features like automation emails, website activity with pop-ups, marketing planner with ROI, lead journey builder, lead attribution with ROI, and in-product behavior.
You can also choose add-ons for these plans based on your business needs. If your business is slightly too large for the Standard plan but does not require the full scope of the Premium plan, then you can choose the Standard plan and choose add-ons based on your requirements.
