Zoho Survey provides a user-friendly interface for creating customized surveys to help you start gathering customer feedback right away.

There are four ways to create surveys:

• Blank Survey
• Template Gallery
• Copy From Existing
• In-mail Survey

Blank Survey

Use Blank Survey to create a survey from scratch.

 

How do I create a blank survey?

1. Click Create New Survey.
2. Fill in the Survey name field.
3. Select the category your survey fall under in the Category Name dropdown list.
   
4. Type tags for this survey next to Add tag. Separate tags with space. Adding tags now will help you find surveys later when you search on the tags.
5. Click Create Survey. You'll go to the builder, where you can start adding questions to your survey.
   

 

Template Gallery

Pick one of our ready-to-use templates to easily create professional-looking surveys.

How do I create a survey using templates?

1. Click Templates Gallery. The survey templates appear on the left.
2. Search and pick the template you'd like to use and click the Preview button to see the template.
3. Click Select to select the template.
4. Fill in the Survey name field.
5. Click Add tag to add tags for your survey. Separate tags with a space.  Adding tags now will help you find surveys later when you search on the tags.
6. Click Create Survey. You'll go to the builder, where you can start adding questions to your survey.

 

Copy From Existing

You can also create new surveys based on one that you've already made. Just tweak the questions here and there, and it's ready to go.

How do I copy an existing survey? 

1. Click Copy From Existing. Your existing surveys will appear on the left. 
2. Click the survey you want to use and click the Preview button. 
3. Click Select to use the survey.
4. Complete the Survey name field.
5. Click Add tag to add labels or tags to your survey. Separate tags with a space. Adding tags now will help you find surveys later when you search on the tags.
6. Click Create Survey. You'll go to the builder, where you can start adding questions to your survey.
