Marking a notification as read/unread in Zoho Connect

Keep track of important activities in your network better by marking notifications as read/unread. 

How to mark notifications as read/unread?

  1. Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of your Zoho Connect page.
  2. From the list of notifications, hover above the specific alert, and click the icon that says Mark as read. 


  1. Click the same icon if you want to mark the notification as unread. 


How to turn off notifications for a specific activity?

If you think alerts for a specific activity are no longer relevant to you, mute them to stop receiving further notifications.

  1. Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of your Zoho Connect page.
  2. From the list of alerts, hover above the one you would like to mute.
  3. Click the icon that says Turn Off Notification.


Marking notifications as read/unread in the mobile apps.

  1. Swipe right on the alert inside the app to see the Read/Unread option. 
  2. Swipe left on the alert inside the app to see the Mute option.
