Integrate your Zoho Sprints team with your Microsoft Office 365 account and get your work items mapped to Office 365 tasks and calendar. You can also map the meetings to your Office calendar and never miss any meet ups.  

Access privileges:  Team Owner
Availability:  All plans

Sync Zoho Sprints via Office 365

  1. Navigate to  outlook.office.com
  2. Log into your Office account. 
  3. Click the  Other Actions icon in the upper-left corner. 
  4. Select  Add-In  and add the  Zoho Sprints  app. 
  5. Search for Sprints in All Apps.
  6. Click  Zoho Sprints app. 
  7. Click Continue to configure your Office 365 and Zoho account.


  • You can enable the integration only if you are the team owner.

  • If you are a member of Zoho Sprints team and try to sync Zoho Sprints via Office 365 then you'll be redirected to the team creation page.

  • If you are the team owner you will be redirected to your team.

Enable Office 365 integration in Zoho Sprints

  1. Navigate to  in the upper-right corner. 
  2. Select  Microsoft Office 365  in  Integrations .
  3. Check the privacy statement checkbox. 
  4. Click  Enable .

What's next?
 
After you enable the integration, you can import the users from your Office 365 portal to your Zoho Sprints team. 

Import users from Office 365 

Start importing the users from your Office 365 account and map them to specific projects. 
  1. Navigate to  in the upper-right corner. 
  2. Select  Microsoft Office 365  in  Integrations .
  3. Click  Import Users .
  4. Select the projects.
  5. Choose the  Users and  Role 
  6. Enable  Notify via Email to invite users to your team. 
  7. Click  Import Now .

  • You can import only up to  25 users

Import users to your team

  1. Navigate to    in the upper-right corner. 
  2. Select All Users.
  3. Click  in the upper-right corner next to  + User .
  4. Select  Import from Office 365 .
  5. Select the  Users  and  Role . (You can also enable 'Notify via email' to invite the selected users.)
  6. Click  Import Now .

What if the user cannot be imported to the team or project?

The user will not be imported to your project if they are not assigned to the project. And, you cannot import the user to your team if they aren't assigned to any of the projects.

Import users to specific projects

  1. Select  Projects and choose a particular project.
  2. Navigate to  Users module.
  3. Click   in the upper-right corner next to  + User .
  4. Select Import from Office 365 .
  5. Select the  Users and  Role . (You can also enable  'Notify via email'  to invite the selected users.)
  6. Click  Import Now .

Add work items to Office 365 account

  1. Select a project from  Projects.
  2. Choose  Backlog.
  3. Click  Create and select  Work Item.
  4. Enter the work item details and click  Add To.
  5. Select MS OfficeTask  or  MS Office Calendar or both. 
  6. Click  Create.


You can sync the name, description, attachments, and start & end dates of the work item to your MS Office task and calendar. 

Add meetings to Office 365 account

  1. Select a project from  Projects.
  2. Choose  Meetings.
  3. Click  Schedule.
  4. Enter the meeting details.
  5. Enable the Add to MS Office Calendar checkbox at the bottom right.
  6. Click  Schedule.


You can sync the meeting title, agenda, and start date of the meetings to your MS Office calendar.
