Migrate your notes from Zoho Mail

Migrate your existing notes from Zoho Mail to keep all your notes together and organized in Notebook.

Note: The migration can only be initiated from Notebook web app.

Steps to initiate the migration:

1. Open the Notebook Web app. (https://notebook.zoho.com)
2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
3. Navigate to Settings, then click Migrate Zoho Mail notes.

The migration will be initiated automatically. You'll get a confirmation email after your notes have been migrated successfully.

Note: The notes from Zoho Mail will be created as individual note cards under notebooks with the same name as the books in Zoho Mail. 

For example, if you have two books named General and Work in Zoho Mail, and if you initiate the migration, then all the notes under General and Work books in Zoho Mail will be created under General and Work notebooks in Notebook.

File attachments inside a note in Zoho Mail will be created as File Cards in Notebook, and will be grouped along with the respective note card.
