My CRM records are not being updated with the Survey responses. Why?

Zoho CRM integration with Zoho Survey enables automatic update of CRM records with Survey responses.

In order for this automatic update to work seamlessly, you must have mapped CRM records with the respective Survey questions before sending out a survey.
