My Schedule in Zoho Connect

Overview

My Schedule gives you the list of  Tasks, Events, and Town Hall sessions scheduled for the day. This is user-specific and only the Tasks assigned to you, Events and Town Hall sessions you are part of are listed here. 

Views

There are different ways to view your Schedule.
 
List View: Lists the schedule for a selected date.
Day View: Lists the schedule for the selected date based on their time (Event start time, Town Hall scheduled time).
Week View: Lists the schedule for the entire week and displays them based on their time.

Notification Preference

By enabling notifications for your schedule,  you will receive a summary of tasks, events, and town halls planned for the day. You can also decide when the notifications have to be sent to you. 
 

How to set up My Schedule notifications?

  1. Click My Schedule from the menu in the left.
  2. Click the ellipsis (...) in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Click My Schedule Preferences.
            
  1. In the pop-out, toggle the button to enable notifications.
            
  1. Use the checkboxes to select how you'd like to be notified.
  2. Click the time and select the preferred time.
