You can access a couple of Notebook features from within Gmail using the Notebook for Gmail extension. Notebook has been integrated with Gmail to allow features such as saving mails as notes and mailing notes. You can save the mails in your Gmail account as note cards in Notebook and also send your notes via Gmail.
What can I do with this integration?
This integration allows you to install a Notebook extension
from in your Gmail account and be able to perform the following functions.
1. Easily email important notes you've saved in Notebook.
2. Save important emails from your Gmail inbox as note cards in specific notebooks.
3. Add tags, a title, or extra notes to saved note cards. A mail with attachments such as images, audio files, or any other files will be saved as a grouped note that includes a Text Card with the text mail content along with Photo Cards, Audio Cards, and File Cards, respectively.
How can I access this integration?
You can use your existing Zoho Notebook account to use this integration in Gmail. If you wish to create a separate account, go to gmail.com and sign up.

How do I save an email as a note card?
1. Click the Notebook icon in Gmail.
2. Select an email from your inbox.
3. Select a notebook, associate tags, and add any extra notes if you like.
How do I send a note as a mail?
1. Click the Compose Mail button.
2. Click the Notebook icon in the Compose Mail box.
3. Select any note from the list of notes displayed.
4. You can also search for a specific note using the search field.
5. Click the note.
6. Click
Add Content to Compose Window.
7. Click the Send button in the Compose Mail box.
How do I add content to my saved mail?
1. Click the Notebook icon in Gmail.
2. Select an email from your inbox.
3. Select a notebook, associate tags, and add any extra notes if you like.
4. Click
Add to Notebook.
