Notebook now integrates with Google Drive, allowing you to save your important File Cards in Notebook as files in Google Drive.
Steps to access this integration:
1. Open the Notebook web app (
https://notebook.zoho.com/).
2. Open any File Card.
3. Click the
Share icon at the bottom, then click
Upload to G Drive.
4. Sign in and authenticate your Google Drive account.
5. Choose the Google Drive folder to save the file to from the list of files displayed.
Note: This integration can only be accessed via the Notebook web app.
What if I want to link more than one Google Drive account?
This integration only allows you to link one Google Drive account at a time to upload the files. If you would like to link another account, you need to delink the existing account and add the new account.
Steps to delink the existing account:
1. Open your Google Account dashboard (
https://myaccount.google.com/).
2. Click
Security from the left sidebar.
3. Scroll to
Third-party apps with account access and click
Manage third-party access.
4. Click and remove
Zoho Corp from the list of third-party apps displayed.
