Notebook integrates with Zoho Connect, the team collaboration software. Access all your notes in Connect without having to switch tabs, post your thoughts easily, and contextually take notes for your Connect posts.
How can I access this integration?
You can use your existing Notebook account to use this integration in Zoho Connect. If you wish to create a separate account, go to www.zoho.com/connect and sign up. To enable or disable this integration in Zoho Connect, please refer to this link.
To access all your notes, click the Notebook icon at the bottom of the Connect's right pane.
Posting notes as a status:
1. Open the Connect Web app (https://connect.zoho.com).2. Click the Notebook icon at the bottom of Connect's right pane.
3. Click More (three vertical dots) on the note card.
4. Click Post as Status.
5. Choose your destination and click Share.
Taking notes contextually:
Take notes contextually for your Connect posts from your Connect feeds.
1. Click Take Notes in any post in your feed.2. If you have associated any note with the post, it will be shown. Otherwise a message saying 'No notes' will be displayed.
3. Click on any type of note to take note contextually for the post.
You can also take notes to individual forum posts and tasks by clicking on the corresponding content, clicking More (three vertical dots), then clicking Take Notes.
