Notebook & Flow

Zoho Flow is an integration platform that lets you connect your favorite apps together so you can save time, simplify tasks and reduce workload. Connect Notebook with your favorite apps using Flow.
 
A sample integration and the steps to achieve it is provided below:-

Integration - For every starred mail in Gmail, a note card is created in Notebook.

 

Steps:

  • Log into your Flow account
  • Click 'Create Flow' in my Flows
  • Name your Flow (integration) -> You will then be directed to the Flow builder.
  • In the Builder, select your Trigger App (Gmail) 
  • Select the trigger action (starred mail) 
  • Click on 'Connect' to connect your Gmail account 
  • Select Action app (Notebook) from the Builder.
  • Select the action (Create a note card) that you want the action app to perform
  • Click 'Connect' to select your Notebook account
  • Choose the notebook in which you want to save the note card
