Notebook's contextual integration with Zoho Mail provides you with easy access to your notes within you mailbox. This means you can perform a variety of actions in the Notebook extension in Zoho Mail. This gives you the advantage of having both the applications in one place, rather than having to open Notebook and Mail separately, and switching between them for your tasks.

How can I access this integration?
 
You can use your existing Zoho Notebook account to use this integration in Zoho Mail. If you wish to create a separate account, go to www.zoho.com/mail and sign up.
 
How do I setup this integration?
 
You can setup this integration by following these steps:
 
Click the Toggle e-Widget button on the right.
Click Zoho Notebook.

What can I do with this integration? 
 
You can perform a variety of actions with this contextual integration of Notebook and Zoho Mail. This allows you to create and organize your notes inside Zoho Mail itself.
 
Drag and drop your emails
 
Drag and drop an email onto Notebook to save it as a note card. You can choose a notebook to save it in. You can also associate an email that you save as a note card in Notebook to a mail conversation. 
 
Create Note Cards

Jot down your thoughts, plans, and important points from your email; add photos; make lists; and save important files from your mailbox onto Notebook. 
 
Create Text, Checklist, Photo, and File Cards by clicking the + icon and selecting the type of note card that you want. 
 
Open your notes : 
 
Open the notes you want in the Notebook app. This is useful if you need to view the entire note from within Notebook. 
  1. Open the note card.
  2. Click More .
  3. Click Open in Notebook.
Associate notes to your emails :  
 
Associate related notes with an email. By doing this, you can access notes relevant to an email without having to search for it within the list of notes.  
  1. Open the note card.
  2. Click More .
  3. Click Add to thread.
Mail your thoughts : 
 
Add any note to your mailbox and compose an email. 
  1. Open the note card.
  2. Click More .
  3. Click Compose Mail.
Lock your notes :  
 
Secure your notes with the lock feature.
  1. Open the note card.
  2. Click More .
  3. Click Lock. 
Delete your notes : 
 
Delete your notes right from your mailbox.
  1. Open the note card.
  2. Click More .
  3. Click Delete.
