Notebook and Zoho Projects Integration
 
Zoho Projects is an online project management software that is used for planning, tracking, and, collaborating in your business activities. Now, get your work done on time.

Notebook's integration with Zoho Projects means that you can now access all your notes within the Projects app. Take notes of your projects, copy notes to your task list, and more with Project's Notebook extension. 
 
How can I access this integration?
 
You can access this integration with your existing Zoho Notebook account. If you wish to create a separate account go to www.zoho.com/projects and sign up.
 
How do I set up this integration?
 
You can setup this integration by following these steps:
  1. Go to this link.
  2. Click the Install button adjacent to Zoho Notebook for Zoho Projects. Note that you have to be the admin for the respective portal for which you need to enable this integration.
 
What can I do with this integration?

Create Note Cards in Projects :
 
Save important project files onto a File Card, make a checklist of tasks, add photos and jot down important information with the Notebook extension. Follow these steps to create notes:
  1. Click the + icon.
  2. Select any of the options depending upon the note card you want to create. 
 
Open your notes :
 
Open the notes you want in the Notebook app. This is useful if you need to view the entire note from within Notebook. 
  1. Open the note card.
  2. Click More .
  3. Click Open in Notebook.
Lock your notes :
 
Secure your notes with the lock feature.
  1. Open the note card.
  2. Click More .
  3. Click Lock. 
Delete your notes :
 
Delete unwanted notes from the Notebook extension for Projects. 
  1. Open the note card.
  2. Click More .
  3. Click Delete.
