Offline Access
Zoho Vault allows you to securely access your passwords, even when you're offline. You can download your passwords as an encrypted HTML file and securely access them from anywhere, even without an active internet connection. The offline copy is just as secure as the online version, and can only be accessed with your master password.
How to take an offline copy of your Passwords?
- Select Settings, then click Offline access from the Password Management section.
- Click Download for an offline copy of your data as an encrypted HTML file.
- Access your data by unlocking the file with your master password
Note:
- Offline access can be restricted to specific users by an admin from the Restrictions under the Settings tab.
- Every time you download an offline copy, the audit trails are captured.
