Other actions in Users

Edit user

  1. Navigate to  and click Users from the left panel. Learn more about users.
  2. Mouse over the user name to view .
  3. Click the icon and select Edit.
  4. Modify the user details and click Save.

Deactivate user

Once a user is deactivated, they will not be able to access the Orchestly organization. However, upon reactivation, their access will be restored. You can always reactivate the user using edit options.
  1. Navigate to  and click Users from the left panel. 
  2. Select Active Users or Unconfirmed Users from the dropdown.
  3. Mouse over the user name to view .
  4. Click the icon and select Edit .
  5. Click Deactivate .



Active and unconfirmed users can be deactivated.  

Delete user

Deleting a user is an irreversible action. Once the user is deleted, all their permissions to access Orchestly will be revoked.
  1. Navigate to  and click Users from the left panel. 
  2. Select Active Users,  Inactive Users or Unconfirmed Users from the dropdown.
  3. Mouse over the user name to view .
  4. Click the icon and select Delete .
  5. Confirm your action.



Active, inactive, and unconfirmed users can be deleted.

Reactivate user

Deactivated users listed under the inactive user column, can be reactivated.
  1. Navigate to  and click Users from the left panel. 
  2. Select Inactive Users from the dropdown.
  3. Mouse over the user name to view .
  4. Click the icon and select Edit .
  5. Click Reactivate .



Inactive users can be reactivated.

Re-invite user

Users who have not accepted the invitation to join your Orchestly organization, can be re-invited. All these users are listed under Unconfirmed users.
  1. Navigate to   and click Users from the left panel. 
  2. Select Active Users or Unconfirmed Users from the dropdown.
  3. Mouse over the user name to view  .
  4. Click the icon and select  Edit .
  5. Click Re-invite .



Users under the active and unconfirmed user lists can be re-invited.
