Zoho Assist is a cloud-based remote support and remote access software that allows technicians to provide support to remote customers and manage remote computers located anywhere in the world. You can start a remote support session, be it attended or unattended pretty quickly. It is secure, simple and reliable.

Using Zoho Assist you can,

  • Connect from Windows, Mac, Android, iPad  and Chrome OS
  • Get connected directly from the desktop plugin
  • Deploy unattended access installer to any number of computers
  • Invite another technician to assist you in a remote session
  • Reboot and reconnect the customer's device
