Overview of extensions
Orchestly hosts extensions that provide additional business solutions for your organization. These extensions are software add-ons focusing on feature enhancements, third-party integrations, and many other valuable additions.
Orchestly hosts extensions that can be installed and used within the product, much like installing extensions via Google Play or the iOS App Store.

How do I install an extension in Orchestly?
- Navigate to
and select Extensions .
- Navigate to All Apps and select the extension you want to install.
- Click the Install button to view the extension details.
- Under General, choose your custom preferences for the extension.
- Extension Name: Enter a preferred name for the extension.
- Visibility:
- Users: Select the users who can access this extension.
- Services: Select the services for which this extension must be configured.
- Click Install.
For authenticating third-party related extensions, authorize your account under the Connection tab.
How do I disable an extension in Orchestly?
Disabling an extension will hide it from the product.
- Navigate to
- Under Installed Apps, click the Disable button corresponding to the extension that you want to hide.
- All data associated to the extension will be hidden from the product.
- You can retrieve it by enabling the extension.
How do I enable an extension in Orchestly?
Enabling an extension will retrieve the data that was previously disabled.
- Navigate to
- Under Installed Apps, click the Enable button corresponding to the extension that you want to enable.
How do I uninstall an extension in Orchestly?
When an extension is no longer needed, you can uninstall it.
- Navigate to
- Under Installed Apps, select the extension you wish to uninstall.
- Click the Uninstall button.
- Confirm your action.
How do I update an extension in Orchestly?
We launch various updates to the extensions at regular intervals. To update to the latest version of the extension,
- Navigate to the extension under Installed Apps and click Update.
You can also find the latest version under App Details of the extension, if there are any recent updates.
