Polls for ShowTime web, plug-in and mobile apps

Can I import polls from one session to another?

Yes. Click Import from library by visiting the Polls tabs.

Can I edit a poll question I've already created?

Yes. ShowTime lets you edit an existing poll before and during the session. Plug-in users can edit while they present.

Is voting anonymous?

Yes, if the attendee signs in as a guest.

Can my attendees edit their answer?

Yes. They can edit until the results are displayed.

Can I show the results to my attendees?

Yes. You can display the poll results to your attendees and choose when you want to display them.

Can I create polls via the mobile Presenter app?

No. You can only create polls via the ShowTime web or through the plug-in and launch them via the Presenter app while you present.

Where can I analyze my poll data?

Once you finish delivering your session, the analytics will appear. Click the Polls tab to view the poll data.

What are the kinds of poll questions available on ShowTime?

There are 3 kinds of poll questions that are available are Multiple Choice, Text box, and Rating.

How can my attendees participate in a poll?

  • First, your attendees needs to log in to the Viewer app, or visit attend.zoho.com and enter the attendees key to join the session. They will be notified on the Poll tab else a pop-up will appear on their screen with the poll question. They can choose to either participate or ignore the poll.
  • Then, they simply need to click Attend Poll to participate. After they've answered a poll, they must click Submit for their response to be recorded.

How can my attendees modify their answer?

  1. Click the Polls Tab and then click Answered Tab.
  2. A list of answered polls will be listed in this tab.
  3. Click Modify to edit a particular poll.
  4. Edit the answer and click Submit.
Once the trainer displays the results on the screen, your attendees will not able to modify their answer.
