Preview

Preview how a survey will look on smartphones, tablets and desktops at any point before or after it is published. This preview can be shared with your friends and colleagues to gather their opinions on the theme you've used. You can also preview a template or a theme before you use it. Below are the various ways you can use preview on Zoho Survey:

Preview a Template

You can preview our ready-to-use templates before you use them.

How do I preview a template?

  1. Click Create a New Survey, or the + icon in the upper-left corner of your screen.

  2. Click Templates Gallery. The survey templates appear on the left.

  3. Search and pick the template you'd like to use and click the Preview button to see the template.

 

Preview from the My Surveys Page

How do I preview my survey on the My Surveys page?

  1. Click the Zoho Survey logo in the upper-left corner of the page.

  2. If you're an Enterprise user, click the department you'd like to access. The My Surveys page will appear.

  3. Hover over the survey you want to preview and click Create online surveys.
    1. You can share this preview with anyone by clicking Share in the preview screen.

Note: Published surveys will show Access instead of Preview. Click AccessCreate online surveysto see the live survey.

 

Preview from the Summary Page

Preview how your survey would look from the Summary page.

How do I preview my survey on the summary page?

  1. Go to the Summary page of your survey.

  2. Click Preview on the top-right corner of the page to see how your survey will appear on a computer desktop, tablet, or smartphone, before sending it out to your audience.
    1. You can share this preview with anyone by clicking Review in the preview screen. You can disable and enable this review link at any point of time.

Preview from the Survey Builder

How do I preview my survey on the survey builder?

  1. Go to the Builder page of your survey.Create blank survey
  2. Click Preview on the top-right corner of the page to see how your survey will appear on a computer desktop, tablet, or smartphone, before sending it out to your audience.
    1. You can share this preview with anyone by clicking Review in the preview screen. You can disable and enable this review link at any point of time.

Preview a Theme

You can preview a theme before you apply it to your survey.

How do I preview a theme?

  1. Go to the Themes tab in the survey's Builder.
  2. Hover over the theme and click the Preview option.
