- Avoid configuring the same mailing list across both modules(Candidates and Contacts) as it may lead to confusion as to which module a subscriber should be pushed.
Note:- If a subscriber is missing the mandatory fields such as first name, last name, email address, etc; then the subscriber will not be pushed to Zoho Recruit. You can stop pushing the recipients' status (both open and click) to Candidates and Contacts modules of Zoho Recruit by disabling the button. You can map extra fields by clicking the Map more Fields link below the Map Fields section.
- Use Push Custom Data to Recruit fields to filter the contacts in your Zoho Recruit account and later create a view based on status.
Use case
Some of the subscribers are not pushed to Zoho Recruit. Why is this happening?
Subscribers will not be pushed if,
- They are imported already from Zoho Recruit.
- The mandatory fields such as first name, last name, email address, etc; are not available.
- Campaign is not sent to the associated mailing list.
- When there is no user activity in the campaign sent to the associated mailing list.
