If you want to pipe in custom variables or variables from previous questions and customize the follow up questions, you can use the Insert Variable feature, then select the variable you want to use from the list. Read more on Piping.

You can enable the Randomization checkbox for all multiple choice questions. Read here to learn how to enable this.
You can send out the survey by using the Zoho Campaigns tool to a set of people and the responses will reach the reports section in the survey. You can send reminder emails also from Zoho Campaigns to people who haven't answered the survey. Also, surveys can be cloned to send it to the next group.

2. Click Create New Survey.
3. Click Copy From Existing.
4. Select the survey you want to use and click Use This. You can give it a new name and continue to use it.
