Only one Zoho Admin (called the owner of the Sync Tool) will be able to access the tool at any given time. If the admin is being removed from the organization, or being de-privileged into a user, access to the tool may be lost. Therefore, the ownership of the tool must be reassigned to another admin before any such action is taken.
To reassign ownership:
- Open the Sync Tool.
- Go to Zoho Sign-in, then click Reassign Ownership.
- Sign in with the new owner's credentials.
- Click Accept.
