Recruiter Aspect

The recruiter aspect of Zoho Recruit’s Video Interview involves creating and scheduling interviews for candidates. 

Availability

Permission Required: Only users with the Create Interview permission can create video interviews.
Edition Required: Available for all paid plans of both the Staffing and HR edition of Zoho Recruit.

How do I create/schedule video interviews? 

  1. Navigate to the Interviews Module and click on the  icon.
  2. Select Video Interview from the interview type pop-up. 
  3. The create interview pop-up will then be displayed. After you’ve entered the interview details click Schedule. 
  4. Once the interview is scheduled, the candidate will receive the link to the interview via email.
Important Note:
  1. By default you can schedule multiple video interviews for one active job opening. To do the same for more job openings you’ll have to purchase additional video interview jobs.
  2. You can purchase additional video interview jobs as an add-on for $10/month/job under Settings > Subscription > Upgrade User/Add-ons.
