Recruiting KPIs

Recruiting KPIs

Recruiting KPIs are numerical insights used to track hiring success and optimize the process of hiring candidates for an organization. Zoho Recruit has gathered four of the best recruitment metrics onto your dashboard, including how to calculate them.

Time to Fill (TTF)

The time it takes to fill vacant positions.

Find the TTF for a set of jobs in an entire department or for a particular job. TTF is applicable only for filled jobs. Users in the staffing agency edition can find the TTF for a particular job or a set of jobs from a particular client.

Formula: The clock starts on the metric calculation the moment a job opening is created. The clock stops the moment the job opening's status is changed to "Filled."

Time to Hire (TTH)

The time it takes to identify and recruit a candidate to fill a vacant position.

Find the TTH of a single candidate or TTH of candidates of a particular department. Users in the staffing agency edition can find the TTH of a single candidate or the TTH of candidates of a particular client.

Formula: The clock starts on the metric calculation the moment a candidate is associated with a job opening. The clock stops the moment the candidate's status is changed to "Hired."

Age of Job (AoJ)

The time period of an open job.

Find the AoJ for a set of jobs in an entire department or for a particular job. Users in the staffing agency edition can find the AoJ for a particular job or a set of jobs from a particular client.

Formula: The clock starts on the metric calculation the moment a job opening is created. AoJ is not applicable for jobs that are filled/closed.

Offer Acceptance Rate (OA)

Compares the number of candidates who were presented an offer versus the number of candidates who accepted the offer.

Find the OA from all the users in the organization or from a particular user.

Formula: Number of candidates presented the offer vs who accept the offer as a percentage. Example: 10 Candidates are presented a job offer with 8 accepting the job offer = an 80% OA
