Remove or clear the formatting from cells

To clear the formatting of a cell:

  1. Select the cell you want to clear the formatting of.

  2. Click on the Clear icon  in the tool bar. You can then choose to clear only the formats from the cell.

  3. Alternatively, right click on the cell you want to clear the formatting off of. Select Clear from the drop down and the select "Clear Formats". You can also select the cells and press Shift+Delete to clear the formats.
