(Available in Professional and Enterprise Editions)
If you're an administrator making business-critical decisions, you require complete visibility to manage your enterprise passwords. Zoho Vault provides intuitive reports in simple tables and graphs that display an overview of various activities carried out in your organization's Vault. Super-admins and administrators have access to these reports, to monitor and implement necessary steps to stay compliant. You can access nine different reports from the Reports tab, as well as export them as PDFs, which can be used for internal auditing.
Password access
Use the password access report for an overview of a password's owner, and the list of users that have access to it. Select All passwords to get an overview of the sharing status of all passwords and the folders they're part of. Select a password from the drop-down to view extensive details (password owner, total users with access to the password, the user's password access privilege, and the number of folders the password is a part of) related to the password. A list of all shared passwords, along with their access privileges, is displayed in the table below.
Folder access
Get an overview of the sharing status and owner details of all folders. Select individual folders to view the associated passwords along with additional details of the passwords.
Password assessment
This report analyzes the overall security of your organization's passwords. Enterprise passwords are assessed based on various predefined criteria (passwords part of username, containing dictionary words, etc). Passwords with a low score are labeled "weak". You can alert users to change their weak passwords or enforce a strong password policy to prevent users from storing weak passwords in Zoho Vault.
Sharing reports
You can share passwords with individuals, teams, and trusted third parties, such as contractors and freelancers using Zoho Vault. We have dedicated reports detailing each action in detail. This will help you precisely monitor your users' sharing behavior.
Shared with users
View reports that detail all the passwords and folders that have been shared with different access privileges for different users. Select All users to get an overview of all shared passwords and folders, or select a particular password to view its sharing details.
Shared with user groups
This report displays the list of passwords and folders that have been shared with different user groups, along with their access privileges. You can view the sharing status of all groups, as well as that of a particular group, by selecting one from the dropdown.
Shared with third parties
This report lists all passwords that have been shared by your users with people outside your organization (trusted third-parties like contractors and freelancers). View how often a password has been shared with third parties, as well as the list of passwords that remain unchanged.
Unchanged passwords
Periodically recycling passwords can be a crucial security practice in certain organizations. This report helps you track the list of passwords whose validity has expired, or is about to expire. Select users from the dropdown to view the expiration status of their passwords.
By default, the validity of every password is sixty days in the password policy. This can be modified according to your security policies. Passwords that remain unchanged beyond this period are classified as expired. Expired passwords will remain intact in Zoho Vault, even if you refrain from changing them.
