Your Live Stream will show you various types of social activities, such as Likes, Mentions, Follows, Replies and Wall Posts. When you click on a social activity, you will see available internal actions such as Follow (Twitter), +Add to CRM, and Discuss.
Each social channel has its own category of actions:- Facebook Page: Visitor Posts, Mentions, Comments, Messages, and Likes.
- Twitter: Mentions, Messages, Retweets, and Replies.
- Instagram: Comments
These actions help your team to engage with, manage, and grow your relationship with your customers.
For every social activity in the Live Stream, you can also see whether it's the first time the Connection has engaged with your Brand, and how many previous engagements they've had.
Click Know More to view their details in the Connections tab.
Here, you will be able to view more details, such as their recent interactions with your Brand, and their recent posts on the channels you have associated with them. To directly engage with a post, hit Reply, Like, Tweet, Retweet, or Direct Message.
