Schedule a meeting
Navigate to Meetings.
Click + Schedule in the upper-right corner.
Enter the meeting details such as Title, Agenda, Scheduled On , and other details.
Click Schedule.
If you are a member you can only add a general meeting.
If you are the team owner and admin you can add all the types of meetings.
If you are a manager (sprint owner) , you can only add all the meeting types to the sprints that are assigned to you.

Edit a meeting
Select Meetings from the left panel.
Click the specific meeting that you want to edit.
Hover over the meeting date and click

Modify the meeting details.
Click Update.
Delete a meeting
Select Meetings from the left panel.
Click the meeting that you want to delete.
Hover over the date of the meeting and click
.
Click Delete.

Select Meetings from the left panel.
Click the meeting for which you want to comment.
Type your comments and click Enter.
Click Post.
Did you forget to add a detail to your comment? Just edit the comment and update it.
Select Meetings from the left panel.
Click the meeting for which you want to edit a comment.

Select Meetings from the left panel.
Click the specific meeting for which you want to delete a comment.
Click

Click Delete.
You can add, edit, and delete comments only to the meetings that are assigned to you.
View a meeting
In Zoho Sprints, we have two meeting views:
Current: Displays all the active meetings in your project.
Completed: Displays all the completed meetings in your project.
Select Meetings from the left panel.
Click Current or Completed from Views.
Select a Meeting Type.
View the list of meetings in the selected view and open the particular meeting you're interested in.
Search for a meeting
If you want to find a meeting based on specific meeting details, use the advanced search.
Select Meetings from the left panel.
Hover over Advanced Search and select the details such as Created By, Users, From, To, and Sprint Name.
Click Submit.
Email Notification for meetings
When scheduled
When you schedule a meeting the participants of the meeting will receive an email. This email contains a detailed information about the meeting so that the user will know what the meeting is all about.
When reminder is set
The reminder emails are generated to the participants based on the Reminder and Recurring Frequency that you set while scheduling a meeting.
How Zoho Sprints operates reminder emails?
Once the 'Daily Stand-up' is scheduled, a reminder is sent to the participants every day. The recurring frequency will be set as 'Daily' and the No. of Occurrences will be the date in which the sprint gets completed, canceled, or deleted. After the sprint ends, the reminder mail is automatically stopped.
When rescheduled
When the meeting is rescheduled all the participants in the meeting will receive an email.
When deleted
When the meeting is deleted all the participants in the meeting will receive an email.
