Search and share presentations across Slack channels
Search command in Slack allows you to search for specific presentations in your workspace. Enter the slash commands in the channel and you can view the search results. You can access and share the presentation from here.
To search and share presentations:
- Open the channel or the member in your Slack workspace.
- Type '/zs search <enter the keyword>' or '/zohoshow search <enter the keyword>' in the text area. Search result displays. Click the presentation to view. You can also View all presentations from here.
- Click the Select a presentation drop-down and choose the presentation you searched for.
- Enter the details and click Share. The presentation is shared.
When there is no result matching your search, a 'Couldn't find anything for <keyword> message appears. You can also View all presentations from here.
