What is a Session?

A session is a specific instance of a presentation or screen share that includes information about the attendees and their participation as well as the content that the trainer delivered.

Suppose that David, a corporate trainer, frequently delivers the same presentation at various venues to different sets of trainees or connects with his remote attendees via screen share. Every time he delivers a presentation or connects via screen share with his remote attendees, it's saved as a separate session. Each session collects its own analytics, so David can compare his sessions in terms of trainee engagement, slides liked, polls conducted, feedback, chats, and questions the trainees asked.

Face-to-Face sessionsOn Demand sessions and Remote sessions are the various types of session available in Zoho ShowTime.

Face-to-Face sessions are for live sessions where you and your trainees are in the same room. Remote sessions are for virtual sessions, where your trainees can be in different locations or even spread across the world. Your attendees just need to join via a browser or mobile app to hear you, view your slide content, and participate in feedback and polls. On Demand sessionare trainings which allow you to train your audience with a recorded video/session that can be watched anytime
