Set up a Remote Session

Remote session is used when you have attendees spread across the globe. Remote session lets you to broadcast your voice, video, screen and your slides with your attendees.


Set up a remote Session

  1. Click the Sessions icon  in the left-hand panel.
  2. Click Create Session.
   

  1. Select Remote Session as the session type
  2. Enter a Session Name and Description.
  3. Choose the Date, Time, and Duration of the session.
  4. Choose a suitable trainer from your organization as the Session host
  5. Click Create Session.


You can customize the session settings like the session details, managing registrations, inviting attendees, promoting your session etc. Click here to learn how to customize your session. Once you finish customizing your session settings, 

Click Launch in the upper-right corner to start your session.


 

Audio/Video choices : 

1. After launching the created session, you will be prompted to choose Audio and Video devices from the dropdown, to broadcast yourself.
2. After choosing the hardware suitable for your audio and video access, click Continue



You can also choose not to broadcast your audio or video using the toggle off button.

Click Start Broadcast to begin sharing your session with your attendees. They can now hear you, see you, and view your slides as you move through your presentation.
