Set up integration with Zoho Recruit

Zoho MarketingHub integrates with Zoho Recruit, which benefits the marketing and hiring process. This integration enables you to import candidates from Zoho Recruit to Zoho MarketingHub helping in effective execution of relevant newsletters and surveys to candidates. You can also track responses and analyze the data to make plans based on the interest of candidates.

Prerequisites

Before integration of Zoho MarketingHub and Zoho Recruit make sure that you meet the following requirements,

  1. You have an active account in both Zoho MarketingHub as well as Zoho Recruit.

  2. Administrator privilege in Zoho Recruit so that you can access the ZSC key. 

Set up integration with Zoho Recruit

The integration of your Zoho MarketingHub account with your Zoho Recruit account, involves two essential steps,

  1. Generate a ZSC (Zoho Service Communication) key from Zoho Recruit.

  2. Integrate your Zoho MarketingHub account with a Zoho Recruit account.


Generate ZSC key

ZSC key refers to the Zoho Service Communication Key. This is necessary to integrate your Zoho Recruit with Zoho MarketingHub. Steps to generate ZSC key, 

  1. Log in to Zoho Recruit.

  2. Click Settings icon on top right corner and choose Setup option.

  3. Click API under the Extensions & APIs.

  4. Click Zoho Service Communication (ZSC) Key tab.

  5. Click Generate a New Key and copy the key.



Integrate with Zoho Recruit

Once you have generated ZSC key, you can follow these steps to complete integration.

1. Log in to Zoho MarketingHub.

2. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Settings. 

3. Select  Apps under Integrations.

4. Hover on Zoho Recruit and click Connect.

5.a. Click on My Account to integrate with your account. Click Continue in the popup that follows.



5.b. i. If you want to integrate with other user's account click Other User's Account. Click Continue in the popup that follows.



5.b. ii. Enter his/her Zoho Recruit account's email address and ZSC key.
