Set up your business

When you log in to your Zoho Bookings account for the first time, you will arrive at the business setup page. The setup page will guide you through three steps in order to configure your work preferences. You can change these settings at any time under Manage Business in the top menu bar.

Step 1: Tell us a bit about your business
  1. Enter your business name.
  2. Choose your industry.
  3. Choose your business type.
  4. Choose your currency.
  5. Enter a contact number for the business.

Click Next.

Step 2: What times are you available?
  1. Select the timezone your business operates in.
  2. Configure opening and closing hours.

Click Next.

Step 3: Which calendars do you use?
  1. Click Enable next to the calendar you want to sync your schedule with.

Zoho CRM Calendar: Click Accept in the pop-up window to allow Zoho Bookings to access your Zoho CRM organization account.

Zoho Calendar & Google Calendar: Once enabled, you and your staff members can connect their Zoho Bookings schedules to their personal calendars under My Profile.

Note: While setting up calendars and payment gateways, you'll have to authorize them in pop-up windows. Make sure you've enabled pop-ups in your browser settings.

Click Finish.

You will now see the calendar view of your business. On the top menu, you'll find various options including shortcuts to add workspaces, appointments, services, resources, staff and custom working hours, as well as manage settings, calendar, and your profile.
