How do I tell my audience about the Viewer app?
1) Visit the Settings tab.
2) Click > Promote Audience app on the Settings page.
3) Promote the app by:
- Using the printable banners.
- Sharing the link on social media.
- Embedding the code on your web page, blog, or the speaker profile page on the event website.

3) To edit a field click on it.
To add a URL:
If you would like to link to your Facebook profile,
- Choose Facebook from the list.
- Paste your Facebook profile link in the box, and press Enter or (+) icon.
- Click Save.
You can also add your website, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Google Plus accounts to your profile. Once your social media links are added, a green tick will appear above the linked account.
How do I add skills to my profile?
- Click > Settings the gear icon from the left side of the screen.
- Click > User profile.
- To edit a field click on it.
- To add skills: (e.g. project management, web design, etc.)
- Enter a Skill set and press Enter, or click on the (+) icon.
- To enter more than one skill set separate them by comma and press enter or click on the (+) icon.
- Click Save.
What does Cryptic Number in my ShowTime profile mean? Is it editable?
The Cryptic Number is the unique automatically generated number that appears in your Profile URL (e.g. https://showtime.zoho.com/profile/57740779). You can edit it only once. Choose a recognizable name (such as your name) so your audience can easily connect with you.
To edit your URL:
- Go to the Profile URL section.
- Hover your cursor over the box that holds the Cryptic Number.
- Edit it to your desired name. Keep in mind that it can only be edited once.
- If the name you enter already exists in the system, you will be prompted to change it.
- Click Save.
