Share a presentation on your android phone or tablet
The Zoho Show app for android is a convenient way to share presentations and collaborate with your team directly from your phone or tablet. Easily add collaborator's email addresses and set access permissions like read-only, read-write, or co-owner so that your team can view and edit slides simultaneously.
Publishing your presentations in the mobile app is a great way to share them with the world as it helps attract eyes to your presentation, whether you're marketing a product or sharing a business/research idea with your team. It can make your work popular with just a click. You can also embed the published code directly into your blogs, forums, or websites.
To share a presentation with individuals or groups using Zoho Show app,
- Open the presentation and tap the Share icon in the top-right corner to share your file.
Tap Invite Collaborators from the list and enter the names of individuals or groups you'd like to share a presentation with as follows:
- To share with one or more individuals, enter their email addresses in the ADD COLLABORATORS text box
- To share with a group in your organization, enter a group name in the ADD COLLABORATORS text box. All members of the group will receive a notification email for the shared presentation
Tap the Edit dropdown next to the collaborators text box to assign privilege rights to each collaborator. You can assign the following access rights to your users on Zoho Show:
- Read/Write: Users will be able to view, comment on, and edit your presentation.
- Read Only: Users will only be able to view your presentation.
- Read/Comment: Users will be able to view and comment on your slide, but won't be able to edit/modify them.
- Co-Owner: Users will be able to view, comment on, edit, and share your presentation with other users.
Finally, tap Tick icon. Your recipients will receive an email with a link to your presentation.
You can also tap COPY LINK to share the presentation as an instant message to users. Your users can locate the presentation in the "Shared with Me" folder on the Zoho Show listing page. Once you copy the link, a pop-up window asking whether you want to publish and copy or just copy the presentation appears.
Note: The Invite Collaborators applies only for logged-in users.
Files are only accessible to those who are explicitly granted permission to view or comment on your presentation.
Any collaborators that you have added will be displayed with their access privileges in the collaborator's list.
From here, permissions can be edited and collaborators can be removed at any time.
