Share screens with participants in a meeting

Screen sharing is an essential part of collaborating during online meetings. Anyone in a meeting can share their screen with other participants.

To share screen:
  1. Start or join your meeting.
  2. Click Start sharing on the left pane.
  3. To make your whole screen visible to others, select Entire screen. If you use the Chrome browser, you can select Application window and share an application.
  4. Click Share.
Key points to note: 
  • Only one individual can share their screen at a time in a meeting.
  • A participant will need approval from the presenter to share their screen if the presenter's screen is being shared at that moment in a meeting.
  • While a participant's screen is being shared, any other participant can take over and share their screen.
  • The presenter can override any participant at any time and start screen sharing.
  • The presenter cannot remove a participant from the meeting while their screen is being shared in the meeting.
