The Skillset feature lets you decide the must-have and nice-to-have skills for a job opening even before it is published. Zoho Recruit's AI engine uses an algorithm to calculate an applicant's skill score and identify candidates easily utilizing user-defined skills.
Go to Setup > Customization > Modules > Skillset to create a skillset and add appropriate skills to a skillset. Take an example of a marketer. A marketer (Skillset) must have specific expertise like writing, verbal communication, and SEO (skills).
When creating a job opening, you can now select the appropriate skillset even before publishing it. Zoho Recruit's AI engine calculates the applicant's score and shows which candidate is best fit for your job.
