Spark Hire for Zoho Recruit
As a recruiter, you put in a lot of time and effort toward reaching quality candidates that fit your company's vision and workplace culture. And ever since the outbreak of COVID-19, many of you have adopted video interviewing as part of your virtual hiring environment. To help you have a stress-free hiring experience, Zoho Recruit integrates with Spark Hire to give you a tightly integrated and easy-to-use video interviewing experience while hiring candidates remotely.
Install Spark Hire
You can install the Spark Hire extension either from Zoho Marketplace or from within your Zoho Recruit account as follows:
- Click Setup > Marketplace > All Extensions. Under All Extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your Recruit account.
- Click All Extensions and look for Spark Hire. The details about the extension will be available.
- Click Install Now.
- Agree to the terms of service and click Install.
- Choose one of the following and click Confirm.
Install for admins only - The extension will be installed in Recruit for only the users with the administrator profile.
Install for all users - The extension will be installed in Recruit for all the users.
Choose profiles - The extension will be installed in Recruit for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Continue, then select the profiles.
Configure Zoho Recruit from Spark Hire
- Navigate to Settings > Integration in your Spark Hire account.
- Select Zoho Recruit.
- Copy the API key and paste it in your Zoho Recruit account.
Schedule Interviews in Zoho Recruit
- Go to Candidates module and select a candidate record.
- Click Schedule Spark Hire Interview from the drop down.
- In the pop-up window, select a job opening for which you like to create a video interview.
- Select the Interview Kit you've created in the Spark Hire account.
- If it is one-way or recorded interview, set an Expiry date, and click Schedule Interview. For a live interview, fix a time and schedule the interview.
- Track interviews from the Interviews module in Zoho Recruit.
