To post a forum:

• Click Forums in the left navigation pane.
  
• Click the + icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  
• Type out your post in the editor.
  
• Select one or more categories for your post from the Choose Category drop-down menu.
  
• If you want to disable comments for your post, check the Disable Comments option seen under the gear icon menu.
  
• Click Publish.
